Lundalogik is growing by 100% in Norway

Lundalogik doubles its workforce in Oslo while Vishal Ganatra, earlier the manager of the Gothenburg office, becomes the new Manager in Norway. The Swedish CRM company is taking another step towards its goal to challenge the Norwegian SuperOffice on their home territory. The staff is recruited straight from different universities and starts their employment with a one-year trainee program. In total, Lundalogik is now recruiting six people in Norway.

Lundalogik is investing aggressively in Norway. The company recently released a Norwegian version of its latest sales support tool: Lime Go, and now expands the Oslo office by doubling the headcount. Meanwhile, a new well-respected manager is appointed to lead the business. Vishal Ganatra has previously made the Gothenburg office to grow by 265% since his started as a manager in 2011.

– We are showing that we are serious about to stepping in as a major player in the Norwegian market. We have developed customized services for the Norwegian market and are increasing the number of staff and marketing budget significantly. Therefore, it was an easy choice to say yes to this job and I am confident that we will be one of the largest CRM players here within three years, says the newly appointed Head of Norway.

In February, it was made official that Lundalogik became market leaders in the Swedish CRM market as they passed Microsoft in the number of users and revenue. Now the company’s management team sees the greatest growth potential in Norway.

– We will continue to increase in Sweden, but it is in the other Nordic countries that we see the larhest potential for growth and we are investing heavily in 2015, says Lars Andersson, Vice President of Lundalogik.

Lundalogik started in 1990 by three students and distinguish themselves by almost recruiting all staff from different Nordic universities. Vishal Ganatra is no exception; he started his trainee position in 2006, immediately after his master’s degree.

– This company is based on growth, that everyone who works here steps up and make a career without changing job. Staff turnover is extremely low, and that is how we build our great culture – growth is the recipe and we will show that in Norway, says Vishal.

Recruitments in Norway include sales people, project managers and application consultants. The application deadline for the trainee program is April 30 and the program will start on June 8th in Lund, and will then continue at the Oslo office in September. The plan is that the Norwegian office will grow by an additional ten people by 2017. The goal is to become one of the three largest CRM suppliers in Norway within three years.
